Know Your Rights: How to file a non-divorce application for custody, child/spousal support or parenting time(visitation)

Staff from Bergen Vicinage, along with an attorney from NNJLS, will present an informational webinar to assist self-represented litigants who are filing a new (non-divorce) application for custody, child/spousal support, and/or parenting time (visitation).

NNJLS attorney will discuss current procedures and forms for filing a new (non-divorce) application for custody, child/spousal support, and/or parenting time (visitation). Vicinage staff will be available to answer questions regarding the applications and court processes and provide instructions on filing the application electronically through JEDS (Judiciary Electronic Document Submission).

This webinar is free, open to the public, and sponsored by the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage, in collaboration with NNJLS.
